All Together Summer

School’s (nearly) out for summer. But at Ardgowan Square, we’ll be starting a week early.

During the summer, we know that many people will be travelling or looking for an opportunity to take a break. Our Sunday School teachers faithfully serve week after week. And we believe that our gathering is a place to find rest for our weary souls.

With that in mind, our primary summer plan is All Together Summer. When we gather to worship All Together, the whole family gets involved. Children and grown ups join together to learn that the good news of Jesus is for everyone!

This year, we’ll be changing it slightly with a shorter liturgy, or running order, than we have done in the past. It’s based loosely on the structure we see in Psalm 121.

As we worship, we will Look to God because he is worthy of praise. We will Trust in God for he saves. And we will learn how to Live with God because his ways are best.

We look forward to worshiping with you each Lord’s Day.

In addition to All Together Summer, we will take a break from Tuesday Night Prayer for the month of July. There will be additional reminders about this on Sundays.

We are putting together a team called Portable Praise. This team exists to serve those in our church family who are housebound. We will visit, sing, pray, and celebrate the Lord’s Supper together. To find out how to serve, speak with or ​email Pastor Dan​.
